DELIVERY

As all badDETT garments are bespoke and printed on demand, it may take up to 72 hours for your garment to be printed.

All UK Deliveries are charged at £2.15. This is regardless of the quantity or weight of the item and covers our handling costs. Standard UK Delivery typically takes 1-2 days.

What delivery method do you use?

We use Royal Mail. All items will be sent First Class.

How long will my order take?

We aim to get all orders printed and ready to send within 72 hours of taking your order. Delivery after this point is out of our control but typically Royal Mail first class delivery will take approximately 1-2 days.

What to do if your items has not arrived?

Royal Mail normally deliver all First Class post within 1-2 working days. Please allow up to 14 days before contacting us. We cannot reprint any items before this time has passed as Royal Mail have been known to deliver within this time.

What are your cut off points for delivery?

If you order before 5pm Monday-Thursday, we aim to dispatch within 72 hours of taking your order. Orders over the weekend are generally dispatched on Tuesday.

RETURNS POLICY

Items that are faulty must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt. Items for exchange must be in their original condition "as new" with their original packaging. In the event of returned items, the customer is liable for the cost of returning all goods.

The item is the wrong colour or size?

If we have sent you the wrong colour or size by mistake, you can return it and we will reprint your order again.

What to do if the item is faulty?

If the item of clothing is faulty or damaged please do not hesitate to contact our printing department;

Return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will be the customer's responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. In cases where we do refund return postage, we will only refund the cost of standard Royal Mail registered post. You must return the goods, together with their packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you. Returns are sent at your own risk.
